Capt Van ... I just ordered one of these. It will work on the arm rest closest to the back of the coach. So far it seems to work ok, but I am still within my "return window".

Dutchstar Theatre Seats
Firstly we have changed out the furniture in every RV we’ve owned. We had a 2015 4018 and now a 2020 4369. Both had the recliners which we promptly removed and gave away as our health insurance is expensive enough. Bought Lippert’s Thomas Payne Collection Seismic Modular theatre seats from a rv dealer and installed in 5 minutes. We couldn’t match the color so we chose a taupe colored set that goes well with the cream colored upholstery in the coach. They have recline, headrest angle adjustment, heat, massage, lumbar and lights. They were only 1749 for the set but for 3000 you can buy the Villa theatre seats and in our case their factory/warehouse was only two hours away in Los Angles. We looked at changing out the Dometic set but the features are limited on the Villa seats and at 84 inches wide, consumes the entire space between the dinette buffet and the window at the front of the slide. Our set is not bolted down and has never moved an inch in the past year and 12,000 miles. We even had the drivers seat redone with memory foam and can drive all day without pain.
In short, RV furniture is a disappointing aspect of RV ownership but you can fix it!!!

Saw your post on changing out recliners for theater seats. I have a 2019 Dutch Star 4369 and would like to get rid of our swivel recliners. Like you they are destroying our valances. I would appreciate any info you could give me on the theater seats you purchased and how they fit. I am especially interested in the fit with relation to the wooden window valance. I called Bradd & Hall but the salesman I got was not at all knowledgeable about how the seats would fit in my coach. Thanking you for any assistance you could give me. Curtis

Call them back and speak with Brad. He’s good people, and he does things the right way. I can personally vouch for his excellence. He won’t give you a halfassed result.

Dutchstar theatre seats
We went with the Dometic theatre seats as they are not as wide and we can still use the table that was between the recliners. They also have massagers, heat and recline as opposed to the Villa ones which cover the entire area from the buffet to the window valance and only recline. We ended up with two sets so one is for sale in the La Quinta area. Dometic only offers a couple of colors so we went with the taupe as it is a good contrast to the original cream.
You. An contact Villa direct in California to order their seats.

We originally dealt with Stephanie when placing our order at Bradd & Hall. She is very knowledgeable and familiar with Newmar coaches. She guided us through the measurement and made good suggestions. She was out of the office when I called to place the order, so we placed it with Brad, who saw nothing out of the ordinary with our order. When we arrived for installation, everything fit as planned and total installation time was a little less than our outing for lunch. We love our seats and wouldn't change a thing about them, including the spacing for the valances.
