Electric door lock

Below is an email I sent to Newmar asking for assistance. Received a reply and they are not sure what is causing the problem. Suggested I take it to a service center. Any ideas? TIA

There may be an issue with my door lock. On occasion, it will beep after I lock or unlock it using the remote or door keypad. Not always just every now and then.

Another issue which may or may not be related is 2 or 3 times the doorbell has rung and no one was there. I know the button was not pushed this last time since I was sitting in the passenger seat when it rang. I'm thinking it may be a loose ground wire?

Any suggestions?

My doorbell rang a couple times and no one was there...then I realized my I-phone was set on the same tone/sound when I receive a text...changed my ring tone and no more issues Probably not your problem but thought it was funny in hindsight...

Door bell and lock

Received a diagram from Newmar for the key-less entry and the installation instruction for the TriMark lock and doorbell. Found out the TriMark module is behind the instrument cluster and the relays are under the passenger cup holder.

We have a 2017 MADP and suddenly yesterday only half of the remote bag compartment doors will lock or unlock using the keyless system
The drivers side doors will not lock or unlock, yet the passenger side works ok

What could be the problem and where would I look to correct???
Thanks,Chuck

Mine acted wonky several times.

The first was non stop locking and unlocking during an extremely heavy rainstorm. Fixed by resetting the chassis battery disconnect.

The second was random locking and door bell activations caused by A/C duct condensation dripping on the module which is located on the top of the steering column. I have to relocate this but for now a plastic bag covers it.
