engine brake 450 ISL

FWIW....upon leaving home last week I discovered my engine brake was not engaging (coming on ) on my 2014 MADP with 2500 miles....a call to the FL help line ( I actually talked to someone who knew something)....here is the deal; some problems with the throttle pedal assembly, when letting off the throttle (with engine brake on) if the computer does not see "zero" throttle, the engine brake will not "fire" thus no engine braking....temp fix, when this occurs is, to slide foot under acceleerator pedal and apply temporary upward pressure....long term fix, they are sennding a new assembly to the FL service center of my choice, a very simple change out....hope this helps.

I think we're up to 5 similar posts, with members reporting , engine brake operation quit working , on near new, Cummins powered, coaches, and this is the second I've read with the temp fix of raising the pedal.

Hope you get the parts you need real soon.
