Entry Door Awning

2014 Ventana 4037. I have an Oasis Elite 975 automatic door awning. The outside cover is not pulling up tight against the framework attached to the coach and rattles on the road. Any idea how thos adjusts to pull it in tighter.

I had the same issue with mine. There are 2 small allen head screws on the left side of the awning when it is open. If I remember right 1 is for controlling the open stopping point and the other is for the closing point. It was about 2 years ago I did the adjustment if you can't figure it out by playing with them just call manufacturer tech support and they will help. Hope this will help.

I had the same issue with mine. I found this manual on-line and it shows you how to adjust it. Worked for me.

Chipmulgrew, thanks for the brochure you found online. The brochure that came with the coach didn't contain a section on adjusting the limits. Also, when I called Dometic they said there was no way I could adjust the closure of the awning myself and would need to bring it in. Anyway, the info you sent me did the trick. Thanks again.

I found that adjusting the allen screws didn't quite bring it in properly on both the leading and trailing edges. I ended up moving the arms where they bolt to the movable part just a small amount. They slide on the track. Now it closes securely and evenly.

Here is a post I did on adjusting the awning. If the box isn't adjusted correctly, it will rattle when you close the door and when driving.
