Equalizer jacks

Getting ready to depart a few days ago I noticed the "auto level" button missing from the Equalizer control panel. The jacks came up but there's only a circuit board showing where the bottom should be and the jacks could not be extended. Upon arrival at our new location I found the button in the central vacuum dust bag and it works as long as the circuits are touching in the rubber key and the controller. It appears that the rubber lip around the button was defective so that a quick vacuum picked it up. Anyway, I've call Equalizer twice, left messages, and received no call back. How's your experience been?

I found them to be very responsive. When we had our CS we went to move and the jacks would not come up. We called Newmar and they conferences in Equalizer. Their go to expert at Equalizer is Randy, 574-264-3437

I have found that returning phone calls is not high on their priority list.
