Expected Sale Price 2016 Ventana 3725
I know the economy is very bad right now and folks are not real anxious about spending big bucks right now. I have a Ventana up in Dallas with NIRVC on consignment since June. I have had a couple of people interested but their financing fell through. Other than that, nothing. The Ventana is in excellent shape with extras. I have lowered the price a couple of times to no avail. I would like to ask the members what they think I should list it at to get it moved. Thanks for any advice on getting it sold.

I suggest you do a search for similar coaches on websites such as www.rvtrader.com and WWW.RVT.com and PPL.com to see what is available nationwide. That should be an indicator of where your price is compared to others for sale.
I have no explanation for why yours has not found a buyer yet, but do believe the consignment dealer you are using will get it sold, as quick as anybody can. Good luck !

I just took a look at the listing on NIRVC.com - beautiful coach. A few thoughts. I would ask Angie where she thinks you should price it. Additionally, I would ask that they add a detailed description on the ad - there is nothing there, so nobody knows what extras and/or any other info on the coach (1-owner, etc.). Doesn't even tell you which engine or chassis. Looks like all electric? Heated floors?
Would be great if they could include the MSRP sheet that shows original MSRP and all of the options.
Lastly, I would advertise myself on RVTrader, Craigslist, etc. Just refer them to NIRVC.

I’m not being mean or snide so please don’t take offense. The price is the only thing you can change. When it gets cheap enough someone will buy it.

Thanks tomato for the compliment on the coach. NIRVC already has it listed through RVTrader. Yes it is all electric, but not heated floors. I don’t think they had heated floors back then on the Ventana.

That is surprising a long time to have it for sale. Clean coaches, priced right are always in demand.
Not asking for an answer, but are you at NIRVC’s suggested price to sell this! They know the market better than anyone out there.

Granite17, yes right at their suggested price. The only thing that I can think of is uncertainity in the economy right now. Even folks that have the money to spare just don’t want to make that move right now.

Hang in there. It only takes one interested buyer to make it happen. Maybe somewhere in the ad you could let the potential buyers know that you are a motivated seller. Also, if you get any nibbles, do what it takes to reel them in. Good luck.

Believe the listing could be improved by adding more detail. While it seems very reasonably priced it’s possible that couples who entertain overnight guests (in our case grandkids) are disappointed to see there’s not additional sleeping arrangements. That said, singles or “solitary” couples should be attracted to such a great looking coach.
