Fantastic Vent

Wondering if anyone here has had the rain sensor function of the vent apparently failing. Does not shut when it rains. All other functions work perfectly.

Any ideas?

Hi allynne,
To diagnose if it is the sensor, put some water on the sensor and see if the fan does anything.

Thanks Gary that was the first thing I did. Also tried to clean them in case they had gotten something on them.
