Flexsteel Recliner - Canyon Star 3953
Have just posted a freebie under 'Classified Ads' for the stock Flexsteel recliner that we removed from our Canyon Star to make way for a desk / cabinet.
"Free to anyone who wants it - Flexsteel recliner from 2015 Canyon Star 3953 - the one that is mounted just inside to the right of the main entry, and behind the co-pilot seat; dark brown 'leather' with light piping, seat belt, fastening hardware (four 3/4-inch bolts, locking nuts, and washers) which attach chair baseplate through floor and front right storage bay. Will be installing small desk / cabinet in its place. First offer to pay for packaging and shipping from Goodyear AZ before 12 May gets it."
The recliner was fairly easy to remove with a heavy duty socket set and locking wrench. Had to use a long handled torque wrench to budge one nut. Vice Grip wrench and second set of hands held the bolt head steady from above while the nut was removed from below. Will let the forum know what we put in place of the recliner, but for now, glad to have room to move the co-pilot chair back, and to swivel it fully.
