Flip up counter extension

Can someone please provide a few pictures including side view showing brackets in open and closed states.

We are considering adding the Newmar counter top extension but not sure if it deploys level with existing counter top or below, is it same as cabinet width or wider counter top width, etc. How far does it stick out past the edge when closed/open etc......

Yes I have contacted Newmar with our current pictures but need to see an installed one to help in the custom category options they are so willing to do. Current plan is using their mounting brackets.

Thankyou in advance from.

This is the folding counter top bracket as its lifted the fold center will lock.
To release lock you lift shelf slightly and lift with fingers either side than drop shelf.

The shelf will be mounted on folding bracket the distance of your main counter overhang so both counter and shelf are flush across surface of counter.
Top corner of bracket will be mounted flush to counter overhang underneath.
I put one in my 99 MA simple mount.
Newmar may have asked for your Vin# or coach build number to match your counter trim.
You will like it makes for more room beside sink.

007, DW pulled our extension up today. Appears to be stuck. Do you have a shot of the bracket halfway close sped? Lifting with fingers is not proving successful. Getting close to hammer time. Thanks.

Thanks. I can't determine if when closing, the piece screwed to the counter extension must pass through the slot on the piece attached to the cabinet. I don't seem to have enough clearance for some reason.

This picture shows the curved edge of counter the shelf fits to:

You mount the brackets to the side cabinet surface you place shelf on brackets and drill the under counter shelf to mount to brackets.
To open you lift shelf and snap brackets down to lock, to close shelf with both hands you only lift shelf slightly and using both hand fingers lift brackets and they will release and you drop the shelf. No force is needed to lift shelf slightly.
No need for a hammer just your fingers will disengage the brackets.
If you didn't install right shift to the side to drill new holes and remount.
