Uncanny,

Eagerly waiting for your update! Did you pick the motorhome up mid December as planned? Was the ride home uneventful? I have a feeling your new KA got some special attention during its build.

Thanks for checking in, and yes we did pick up as planned right before Christmas! We totally lucked out and made it all the way back west without running into one snow flake or going through any salty roads. The trip was completely uneventful and we enjoyed getting to know our new rig. This coach is really an engineering marvel!! Here are a couple of pictures:

Thanks again to everyone on the forum for all their advice and support. We are looking forward to many happy miles and memories in our new coach!
-Mike

Glad to see you picked up your new KA Mike! A very good looking and unique color scheme, and the interior would make me never want to go outdoors! Love the flooring! Custom colors?

Glad to see that you're enjoying the new coach, as we posted early on, we knew that Newmar would take care of you, although not as fast as you would have liked. Nice to see that Newmar has stepped up the paint for 2016, We had a 2016 Cornerstone near us this Summer and wow!! the paint and the new caps were beautiful, you gotta love the competition between these mfg's, it makes the consumer the winner!!

Congrats, Mike!

When I first read about your original maiden voyage, my heart sank and I had tears in my eyes. I'm so glad that things were resolved to where you are now in your brand new 2016 KA. May you have many years of happy memories in your KA.

Hey Guys,

Seeing your previous coach in person, I did not think you could impress me further; yet you just did exactly that. -- Your new color scheme is truly stunning! Congratulations!

Mike, what I want to know is how much did you sweat parking it in the storage unit! I can only assume that you have a drivers side escape door? Another coat of paint on that rig, and you would have left some on the building!

Congrats on the new coach, may you enjoy it for many miles and years to come!

Actually the perspective on that photo is misleading, there is actually quite a lot of room to exit on the passenger side - the storage unit is 15 feet wide

Thanks for all the compliments on our custom paint colors as well.

Wow! What a beautiful coach!

I was heartbroken right along with you and the rest of the forum when reading about the flood. I felt all along that Newmar would step up and make it right and it looks like they did just that.

Congrats!

Wow and wow again!

That is some awesome custom paint job. So fresh and new looking. It's nice not to see brown, beige and gold on a MH.

We ordered our 2015 Ventana before we even knew custom paint was an option. We like the stock color we picked but had I known the sky was the limit, it would have looked a bit different and definitely blue, grey and silver in some fashion.
