Smile Floor Plan 4346

We have been full timing in our Dutch Star and it is starting to feel like home. We really like the coach. But...for those of you who have this floor plan, do you find food storage and dish storage a challenge? For me, this has been the hardest coach to arrange. We had Alfa's and that had the best storage. The Country Coach was pretty good, but so far, as nice as this one is...cupboard arrangements have been difficult. If any of you with this floor plan would like to share how you arranged your kitchen, please send some ideas. It sure would be appreciated.

I have a gas bath & 1/2 KS 3740.
Most of our can goods, dry goods are in the over head cabinets over sofa. What dish's we have are in cabinet over sink we also have paper dish's and plates, bowels in the end cabinet to rear over kitchen table.
Pots and pans under the sink cabinet.
My wife had problems because of arthritis of getting under sink area so I added two buffet cabinets with the table in between.
You may already have that option.

Your bedroom is large and does take away from kitchen area I have a large cabinet next to fridge without a washer dryer that I added three shelves because of all the extra children we had over the years and their clothing was in there plus we pulled a sleeper pop-up for five children to sleep in when we were doing allot of traveling.
We use that closet for added guesses we may have with us now.

We have the built in computer desk with the kitchen table. Nice place for the files and stationery stuff and printer. The cabinet above the table has cereal boxes on their sides and other food. Dishes and pots and pans are in the drawers and the shelf above the sink has the electric frying pan, portable cooker etc. Seems everything is all over the place. Our W/D is in the back and stackable. If we would have picked another floor plan, I would have the combo W/D and used the top area as storage and have shelves put in.

Wonderful coach, just hard to arrange and wondered what others did who have this floor plan.

I think the biggest thing is time once you have lived it a while it will be easier as you use items and naturally place them in their place.
Its when you try to rearrange to different locations that will make it confusing.
If you happen to visit someone with similar floor plan you may say to yourself now why didn't I try that and have a more openness in deciding whats in its place.
When you decide to purchase a particular floor plan you had some idea where you would place items, its to bad we cannot try different floor plans before the purchase.

"its to bad we cannot try different floor plans before the purchase."

Isn't that so true! There are a few Newmars in the park, but none with the same floor plan...I keep looking. We're headed to the Newmar Nat. Rally and I'll hunt out folks who have the same floor plan and see how they arranged their coach. Part of the problems is there are lots of cabinets, but they are smaller then what we've had in other coaches.
