I only have 1 pass for 2 cars, motorcycle, and RV. You can register your plate numbers on their website and don’t need the Sun Pass in the vehicle at all. I’ve been doing it this way for 5 years with no issues.

I have 8 tags on my account and don't carry it in any of my vehicles anymore but when I did carry it in the rv I just left it on my dash and never had a problem..

The toll sensors are overhead. They work on a mg midget..about 2 ft off the ground...so I think it would work anywhere on your coach.
I place mine up high behind the shade so it doesn't obstruct my view of America!
Right where my plastic Velcro is for my I-Pass.

Our previous motorhome was a class C with the overhead bunk. The only place the pass worked was on the window near the dash. In our current class A coach it works great up top or on the dash.

Center of the windshield, near the bottom of the glass. Works every time.
