Hi. It's been awhile I am looking to replace both fog light oc my canyon star 2008 3641. The numbers on the lights are ml-004c. The plastic tabs broke off the bracket. Thanks for your help. Bob

Thanks time it's not just the bulb I need I need the whole lens and back part of the fog lamp the two plastic tabs at going to the bracket have snapped off thanks again
