Follow Up On North Trail Experience....

I thought since I started a thread that asked for others Experience with North Trail, I would do a follow up on my experience now that I have one.

We picked up our new 16 DS 4369 Tuesday At Ft Myers Location.
Keep in mind, this is MY experience.....
This is my 3rd Coach but first Newmar and first experience with NT. I must say the quickest delivery (after taking me two weeks to get there...) I have ever had. Told them I would be there first thing Tuesday after a 1300 mile drive, would like it to be in PDI prior and as ready as it could be so I could be gone Thursday to cover prior business commitments in Houston.

WOW, Got there at 9am for my scheduled 3 hour walk through and walked up to my coach staged and ready to view with an informed staff member. Had a few things that needed correction, sent a team of techs to take care of it including a visit from the Newmar Rep, Did the paperwork at business office and by 5 pm was off to an RV "Resort for two nights on them to shake out everything.

The service techs were pros, the gent who did the walk through was super thorough and the Newmar rep got me on an order cycle to receive a few items to my home for correction later.

The coach was ready to go and nicer than any of the pics we saw on line (of course).
I have never in my previous 2 Dp's had a one day turn around. Maybe lucky, but hey, I will take it. The Folks at NT treated us very nicely, professional and courteous. Call me a satisfied customer!
We drove her 580 miles today for our first leg back to our meetings in Houston Saturaday and all I can say is she is better than I imagined.

So As you can tell, I would not be afraid (based on my experience) to consider NT in a buying experience.

Now onward to enjoy my new coach!!

Congrats on the DS. Good that you had a great experience at NT. This mirrors my experience at NT. Enjoy

Good to hear NT came through. They are in our back yard, so glad to know this. Would like future updates on your impressions.

Congratulations on your new Dutch Star. Welcome to the Newmar family.

Like you, I bought my MH at North Trails, and it was an excellent experience. I really liked doing business with them.

Good luck and Happy Trails!!!

Best wishes for many many happy miles in your new Dutch Star. You have done what I did a year ago and you've had the same experience with North Trail.

Going to North Trail for both initial sale and subsequent service appointments has been the same experience for me. Very nice and knowledgeable people there that are a real joy to work with. I would have paid more to buy there just to get their stellar service, but since they're only about 10 miles from me, it was a no brainer.
