Thanks for visiting IRV2 & Newmar Forum, WELCOME
When I join the Workhorse site and was directed here I remained a guest for a while also in the SUMMER of 04. I didn't get active on irv2 until I started to have problems driving in the "rain" with my Newmar coach. I had heard about a fix from Newmar but found out on this site that it did not fix the problem.
Thats when I said there must be a better way, I did not just drive my coach in just weather.
The answer is in "FIND" just type "workhorse power downs" you will find the answer the fix is easy and costs $15 at Auto-Zone.
As a guest your able to visit the whole site BUT as a MEMBER you can give and receive info that will be helpful to you and your fellow RV'ers on IRV2.

Thanks to Roger, "007" for getting this guest forum started..Haven't had much action in it since February so I thought,as I am "new" to Newmar but not new to iRV2, that I would start the "WELCOME GUESTS" up again....
I've been wondering just how many of our readers are purely in the silent lurking phase.
Many times throughout the day,the "guest" list to this site far exceeds the number of members here....It made me curious,so I'm asking specifically those of you that are guests to participate.
You might possibly be a current Newmar owner, or even someone contemplating the future purchase of a Newmar product.
I would like to ask anyone who has never posted in the Newmar forum to consider making one post. The purpose for this post would sort of be an online roll call...
Your post could introduce yourself,or maybe the type of rig you own or are interested in. PLEASE FEEL FREE to make a one-time post and then lurk again if desired.
Thank you for visiting the Newmar Forum!

Okay, I guess I'll come in and join the party! I have been a registered member for a while, but haven't posted yet. My husband and I purchased our first RV, a Newmar Cypress 34DBCK fifth wheel, just one year ago. We are very happy we chose to purchase a Newmar product-we've had pleasant experiences with both our dealer and with the Newmar Service Dept. in Nappanee. I haven't seen any other Cypress owners on this site and hopefully, your message will encourage others to come forward, too!

Well I sure am glad I am not the only Fifth Wheeler to have had the magic performed on them
Glad to see more people coming out of the woodwork.
I had an interesting experience with the Mountain Aire on our last outing. It seems I went to turn on the TV and no power. I searched the fiver high and low for a breaker or a ground fault that was popped, no luck. So I did what every good Newmar Owner shoudl do, (Read the book? No) I called the service department. Well the fellow on the other end said this will be an easy one. It seems that they run the TV power outlet through the inverter, yep so I can have TV while I am out there with not hook ups. Just go outside open up the compartment where the inverter is locate and push the reset, sure enough thats all it took
Great to have someone a phone call away to help you out.
David

About time I posted ... the wife and I have been learning a lot from this site over the past few months. We just returned from our first trip (2200 miles) in our new Newmar, our first class A. Had a great time and are looking forward to getting out again soon. Thanks for all of the valuable info!

Karma would be great ... thank you. Re: your new baby ... as I recall, the dealer is Howard's. If so, we just might see it before you do, as we live in Wilmington, and our coach is currently there to have a few minor issues addressed.
