Freightliner DIC Clock not running

I have an issue with the clock on my 2013 Newmar Dutch Star Driver Information Center not running. It's built on the Freightliner Chassis and up until recently it worked just fine. And I don't know if it's related but a few months ago I noticed I was no longer getting a Compass reading. I wasn't too concerned about the Compass since it's never been accurate in spite of the numerous times I've attempted to re-calibrate it. As to the Clock, I can reset to the correct date/time; however, the clock never starts running. Of course, when the clock doesn't operate then none of the trip data as it relates to time traveled, idle time etc. function either. Anyone have any suggestions or running into the same problem?

I’m sure someone will comment. Have you tried cutting of all 12v power to perhaps do a total reset?
