Freightliner Orlando Service Experience

We live in Texas. We had a trip scheduled to Florida, Orlando area in October and with 4 recalls made an appointment in advance to FL Orlando (Apopka) to have them done while there.

As most of us know, Service Facilities are not all created equal. We have had other FL facilities do work and there is a difference.

I must report that these folks were as good as it gets from our personal experience.
They scheduled the appointment (about 1 month or so out). We were going to be able to leave it since we had a scheduled meeting for 4 days at a Hotel.
First, the office staff who greeted us were polite, efficient and organized. We needed our coach to be plugged in to keep fridge on... on every written service ticket in big letters...:COACH MUST BE PLUGGED IN... and a sign on the door. They had several Newmar coaches there from "Indepence RV for services.
They let us overnight the first night before hotel check in and communicated with us as the process went. When they completed all tasks called us and let us know we could pick it up.

There waiting area was clean and comfortable and they appreciated our business. My local facility while they can get the job done is nothing close to these guys.
They do have separate RV service people and you can tell the difference.
