Being somewhat new to the diesel pusher world, I wanted to ask if there was a decent freightliner service center in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We had taken our Ventana to a local Service Center and came away less than impressed with regard to the quality of service (routine service) that we received. I have read on the forum issues that others have had across the country with variable quality in service. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

If you haven’t yet, download the Freightliner 24/7 Direct app. It will show you all the Freightliner Custom Chassis shops in the area along with the services they provide.

I haven’t been to that location specifically, but I recommend National Indoor RV Center (NIRVC) as a good location for Freightliner service.

They have one here which is pretty close to you....

There are at least 2 Freightliner shops in the DFW area, maybe 3. There is a shop in Grand Prairie ( I think) a bus service company that will work on RV's, but I don't remember the name. We use a small family owned diesel shop for routine mantenance.
