Freightliner Service in South Dakota
Just finished service on our 2019 New Aire. Basically, we had a bad Power Distribution Module.
We were camping in North Dakota when we lost brake lights, turn signals and Dash AC. Used the Freightliner app to find a service center. After reading a few reviews, decided on Floyd’s Truck Center (Western Star) in Rapid City, SD.
Called Floyd’s on Friday afternoon at 4:45. Got right though and spoke with a very helpful individual. They asked if we could safely get the rig to them by Thursday morning - absolutely.
We showed up at 7:00 AM on Thursday. The staff was great, the facility looked pretty new. We were repaired and out of there by 1:00 with a new PDM. Won’t go into all the boring details on the on/off again recall with Freightliner, just suffice it to say - Floyd’s took care of us. Highly recommended.
