fresh water diverter valve

The auto fill/ manual fill valve doesn't seem to be shutting off the filling of the fresh water tank. If connected to city water the tank will overflow. Yes, I have checked the water miser valve in the showers! Has anyone had to replace this diverter valve? Can this valve be picked up at Home Depot or is it something that has to come from Newmar?

I haven't taken the panel off yet to look at the type connections that is used, so any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to lower the autofill set point? If it is set to 100% try lowering it down to 50% and see if it shuts off. Just trying to see if the autofill solinoid valve is open and filling the tank. It should be warm to touch if it is open as it is a NC solinoid.
If the shower is set correctly, I would suspect the solinoid valve before the hand switch valve on the panel.

I have had several replaced at newmar over the years, they just do not last. Turn off your park water and listen for your pump to turn on when not using the water. Pinch off the supply side to the valve and the pump stops.

OK, boy do I feel silly! Going back to the water bay to reevaluate my troubleshooting, I notice the winterizing valves labeled A and B were not shut off correctly. Closing valve A solved the problem. I was so proud of myself that I had checked my shower miser valves, yet I missed the obvious problem right in front of me. Thanks to y'all for offering the suggestion that made me take another look before I started taking things apart.

At least you didn't tear apart your coach to replace a good valve. Always check everything in the bay and the water miser. Good job on both.

Update to problem

Hopeful this can help someone else when troubleshooting Water issues.
Initially when connected to city water my fresh water tank was overflowing.
I checked to see if the diverter valve was set to autofill and not on manual fill.
Then I made sure the water miser feature on the shower was not on. Still overflowing so I thought the diverter valve/solenoid was leaking/bad, but before tearing in to the panel in the water bay, I closed the winterizing valve labeled A and this solved the overflow problem. HOWEVER, several days later when discounted from city water and attempting to use the fresh water tank, the pump would run but no water flow from the tank thru any faucet. I went back to the bay and reopend the winterizing valve A and got water flow from tank to all faucets but the pump began to cycle rapidly indicating to me there was a leak in the system. I was having to turn the pump on and off for every occasion of water usage. The leak was actually thru the "built in check valve" in the fresh water pump. That failed check valve was allowing water to flow back thru the pump when connected to city water thus the overflow of the tank. Closing the winterizing valve shut off the path thru the pump temporarily solving the backflow but not allowing the flow from the tank thru the pump when calling for water from the tank.

BOTTOM LINE: New water pump.

Now this post is already long enough, so I'm not going to even start on the poor access to water bay devices.
