Front AC not kicking on

Just noticed front or Living Room AC not coming on. When I went to the silverleaf screen for Living Room above the Fan Icon it shows shed.
When I go to the load shedding screen Engine block heater shows Off and AC 1 which is Living Room AC compressor shows ok but Fan shows off.
I will attach a photo of Silverleaf screen when Living Room is high lighted. Note the Fan will run in forced manual but still shows off on load shedding screen.
Anyone had this problem?Click image for larger version

I had this same problem with my bedroom unit. Others have attributed the problem with the TM250. I tend to believe that. I had other issues with the TM250 (dual phase capacity options incorrect). I recently had my TM250 reflashed by Silverleaf.

I would try to disconnecting the TM250 and see if the problem goes away. Keep in mind that other TM250 functions will not work, namely bath and outdoor temperature readings. While disconnected, I also had issue with Oasis AC units turning off after a few hours.

Thanks all, got Silverleaf on phone and he walked me through troubleshooting.
He had me unplug main inlet to TM250 front air came on immediately.
They are sending me a new TM250 as when I gave him the version number it was not updatable.
So it is unplugged and once I get home, I will install the new TM250.

Thanks to All for the help!

Keep an eye on the Oasis AC1/AC2. When I pulled my TM250 to sent it back to the Silverleaf for reprogramming I found that the AC1/AC2 would turn off after several hours. I never figured out the cause, but the problem did clear itself after the TM250 was plugged back in. Its really only a problem when you wake up in the morning and find that you don't have any hot water. I'd be curious to know if you see this issue.

I did notice when I unplugged the TM-250, I had an error under System diagnostics stating “Oasis no outside temperature differential” as we were load shedding or so I thought at 1st, I only ran burner before taking showers and that seemed to work fine.

To confirm it's your TM-250 or the A/C unit itself- set the front unit on a really cold demand temperature like 55 degrees- turn your heat setting off or way down to 40 degrees- turn on Cool & see if the front A/C starts- if it does you have a faulty TM-250 sensor- short term you can use it by setting the temperature down to a relative setting where it is comfortable- that won't be an actual finite reading.

Happy Trails
