Front and driver shades 2022 London Aire

first i want to thank all that responded to my q about treating the leather inside. i am not sure that i thanked in the right place.
The front and driver shades move down only 1/3 of the way while driving. not see the logic since different people sit in different height. Is there way to make them go lower and let me decide how low.
2) is there way to make the door shade goes all the way down without me holding it all the time, and same when goes up as was on my 2019 Tiffin bus.
is anybody has KIB tel. number. are they responsive.
thanks in advance

There is a setting set by the manufacturer as a safety setting. It's set to not obstruct your line of sight while driving. This is for when the engine is running otherwise it should work normally.

Here is what I do: I sit in the drivers chair and set the shades at the height I want before starting the engine. they will stay at this position while driving and only move up if I need to adjust while underway. Works for me, just need to remember to lower them before starting. Safe travels

There’s a programmer to set the limits.
