We have the 3505 2005 Mountain Aire ( gas) and a freind has the same except a 37xx. On the windshild curtains the drivers side has about an inch clearance from the dash and the rider side is longer than the dash causing the pleats to be distorted. The right is 1 1/4 longer than the left. My friend took his in for warranty and they ordered a new right for him. THE NEW ONE WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ORGINAL. Anyone else notice this and what can we do about it as its ugly from the inside and out when closed. It took awhile to notice it but now ----- ugh. I have considered taking the metal clips off the top and tie wraping the drape to the hanger hole but -------.

We have the same problem. We noticed it during the PDI and the dealer had one of his staff take pictures of it for the warranty. We have an appointment on the 27th of June at the dealers and a seamsterss is coming in to deal with it. Friend of our have a MA and theirs is the same way.

Good luck with yours!

We had the same problem with the right side, but we had a good pair of scissors and we know how to use them and just cut a straight line---done.

Siggyd - I also noticed that the little handles that joins the two together are about an inch from each other and the velcrow dots are also a miss match. Do yours line up?

For you curtain lovers I found a solution. Cost $1.24 from Wal Mart. The right side just so happens to be too long the distance of the hanger hooks. I removed all the metal hanger hooks and replaced them with clear, small tie wraps and cinched them to touch the plactic rail slide. I then had to trim from the center the first 7 pleats to fit the curve of the dash and walla--staight curtains that look like they are made for it. The knobs at the center now line up along with the little velcro tabs. You also have to remove the 3 screws on the door side and relocate them as the curtain is now higher.
