On our new to us 04 DSDP the front door latch will sometimes not open the door. At first we thought the latch didn't click all the way in. Today I discovered that when it won't open, a second pull will do the trick. Anyone else run into this? Happened at the factory this spring, our coordinator wasn't sure what to do. At the time we got it open by pushing in on the door and it would click and then open.

I had the same problem with our KSDP and I sprayed the lock with chain grease and it works fine again.
