Front Windshield Day Screen Motor Bad?

The front windshield of our 2010 Newmar Dutch Aire had (2) black sunscreens, (each is 36" wide)one for DS and one for pass side. Each one is controlled by their own switch. The motor has apparently failed on the pass side as it only moves about each time you press the switch for up or down. Is this replacement a Newmar purchase($$$$$) or can it be purchased from other sources? Anyone done their own purchase/replacement on one of these? Don't really know if these came with the coach or added later by the previous owner as they don't have any visible name on them.

Hey JC2. Have a DA only different floor plan. PM me and I can maybe help with your shade problem. I think I have mine figured out and learned a lot in process.
