Fuel tank sending unit location on FL chassis

Can anyone tell me where the fuel tank sending unit is located on the tank in my 2017 LADP? thanks

Usually, they are mounted through a removable plate on the top of the tank. You'll have to feel or use your phone camera to see on top of the tank. You may have room to work with the tank in place or you may have to drop the tank to access the inspection plate.

Yes.... unfortunately it located on top of the tank. I have no idea how one would replace it. Can only assume it would have to be dropped. PLEASE let us know what it takes / how it is done / who does it for you. On my old Eagle (Spartan Mountain Master) it was on the side of the tank was easy to change out when it failed.

Some folks, usually those with gas-powered RVs that have had to access the inspection plate to replace an in-tank fuel pump on the top of the tank, have cut a hole in their floor to get to the top of the tank.
