Full Wall Slide (FWS) issues

Seems our FWS is not closing at the top but fully seated at the bottom. Dealer tech has been in contact with Newmar Dealer tech and they want to check the "Kams". Does anyone know what these are and where they are located on the FWS?

Using this link and down away are threads about FWS's and the changes made after 2016-2017. You have a 2011 coach which is a Newmar design.
There are many threads on the different slides and problems they may have and you will also find the slide spec's in QT's 1 & 2.
Prior to those years Newmar made their slide systems and they could be adjusted by you or Newmar dealers.
Some owners have done the adjustments with not to much difficulty.
