Full wall slide problems 2017 4369

Hi folks:
Didn't think I would be asking for help so soon. But here goes; FWS goes in and then creeps out about 2 inches. That's while parked not driving. Also I cant close the basement door that houses the sewer connection. Tried slamming it. reopened the latch too but no go. Cant travel with this situation

Can't help with the slide but the door may be torqued because of your Jacks. Try putting it down on the wheels to close the door or up on the Jacks if your down.

Our slide creeped out - in our case it was air in the hydraulic lines from an unrelated adjustment. At any rate, call your 24/7 Newmar tech and they can walk you through fixing if that's the same case.

For our basement doors, there's one that is very tough to get latched. We have to slam it with our hand exactly over the catch.

Ross,
One of my doors closed hard when I bought my Ventana. Once I adjusted the latch mechanism it was fine

In my case the basement doors get easier to close over time. I have not made any adjustments on doors but all are much better than first trip. I know that does not help you today.

Thanks. That was my next thought. All of the basement doors are very hard to close so I just thought I had to slam it harder. Not so. I'll try adjusting it.

Feeling a bit silly for bring it up now. I adjusted the offending basement door in 5 minutes or less and I ran the FWS all the way out and back in. Worked perfect. Oh well.......
