FWS adjustment

On my 2015 DS 4369, we always had problems with the slide rollers immediately behind the driver side. They are tearing up the protectors every time, no matter what we do.
Looking underneath, I noticed that out of the 3 beams, the middle and the aft one have space between the body and the beam. The most forward one is dragging on the frame (on the pictures).
Wander if someone had to deal with this and how to adjust.
Sent photos to Newmar..... no answer.
