FWS slide-out rollers

Hi,

do you guys do anything to the slide-out rollers? We've had our 2017 DS 4310 for a few months, and more and more of the rollers seem to be leaving behind some sort of sticky black rubbery marks. Is there something we are supposed to do to them?

Newmar sells slide roller pads that are made of plastic which you can use that really protects the flooring. They come in different lengths and are 20$ a piece.

The rollers shouldn't be touching the floor. they're only there as a precautionary measure. I don't get any black stuff on mine.
