Generac 7500 watt generator regulator

I have a gas Generac 7500 watt generator in my Newmar Mountain Aire. Has anyone heard of a bad Voltage Regulator? I think they have to take the generator out to get to it?

Not sure but doesn't the gennie have a "slide out" for service on the MA?? check with the service guy they should know? Maybe they don't have to R/R to service/replace the VR
