Generator pipe

2015 LA. Our generator pipe is cubed at the end. Would like to get an extension pipe for cold camping. Has anyone purchased one that will fit the curved pipe or did you have to get one fabricated?

Maybe you are looking at stainless steel tip which should be removable. Our 2001 and 2014 DSDP had the tip. We just removed that to put the connector on for the Gen-Turi pipe.

Yup ... our 2005 Essex has a straight pipe with a curved extension (add-on tip). Same with the Hydro-Hot.

Now all you need to do is get the rusted screws out

Just a note......On my last coach and on the Dutch Star, I added the Genturi tip and modified it so that it would hold a chrome tip. I simply welded a nut on the back end of the Genturi tip and installed a bolt. I found a chrome tip that slid over the Genturi tip and cut an "L" at the rear of the new chrome tip. I just stick it on and twist, locking it in place. The bolt was installed to adjust pressure on the chrome tip when it's twisted on. Once adjusted, there is no need to touch the bolt again. Just twist the chrome tip on and off when needed.
