Gray Tank Probe Troubles

I have a 2018 NA 3343.
I am having trouble with the Gray tank empty monitoring.
The tank itself works great but when it's emptied and flushed it takes the tank sometimes 30 minutes to show empty ?? It goes down on the monitor as well as the digital readout at the wet bay ever so slowly.
I have tried an abundance of cleaners, even the ones that Newmar service recommended ....even some of the home remedies with Borax ect.
I'm just wondering if anyone can suggest a fix or has had like situations ?

Still sounds like the grey tank sensor has a film or some other material on them. Suggest to try a couple different cleaning procedures. WATER, WATER AND MORE WATER.
