Great buying experience ansley rv

We have recently purchased our first rv a Newmar Ventana 3709 and could not have been more impressed with our dealer Ansley Rv in Duncansville, PA. Since we are first time buyers they made sure that we were totally comfortable with everything before we left. We stayed on site for 2 nights to make sure we knew how to work everything and get little things adjusted. They also took us on a test drive to give us driving instructions. Now that we are home, we continue to call and email with questions and they are so kind and prompt on answering everything we ask. Everyone at the dealership was great to work wth and could not have been anymore kind or patient with us. Our salesperson was Terry Bickel so don't hesitate to call them for a quote. On pricing they also were very competitive. Their PDI and after purchase service has been tremendous.

Ditto, bought ours last year (only 50 miles from home). Not only is the buying experience first rate with NO gotcha's, their service department is fantastic. They even came to the house one time when one of the slide controllers had an issue 2 months after we purchased the unit. In fact, just dropped it off today for routine maintenance and to have some pretty major 'unexpected exterior decoration' fixed. These guys are keepers.

Quite a euphemistic statement! Must be at least a three beer story!

Just the kind of service I would expect from a Newmar dealer. I had the same kind of first class service and attention from Independence RV in Winter Garden FL. Blue Skies and Safe Travels.

We also purchased a 2016 Newmar BSS 2903 from Ansley RV. The experience was excellent. The final price for the unit and the trade-in value was a good deal for both of us. It was a better deal than what we were quoted at the Hershey RV show. Jeff Micheals was our sales person and he was great. He helped us order the unit we wanted and with some options we needed. I have not had any service work done yet, but I'm hoping it too will be good. If that works out ok I would buy from Ansley again.
