Thanks Ernie!
Forgot to add this earlier. The captains chair mounting was really smashed down. So I added some floor leveling compound to bring it back up level. The new floor should sit better and not smash down as fast I hope. It was 1/4-3/8" low, pictures do not show it that well.

Steve, do you have any concerns with the rollers on the slide outs marring the floor. It has happened in our 2008 Kountry Star and I am looking for any/all suggestions. My first idea is to purchase some thin vinyl runner material and slide it under the rollers while it is retracting. Haven't tried it yet but the next time we open them up we will try it.
Thanks, Hands

I do have a small concern, but the vinyl that was on there showed no real signs of wear or marring. If it looks like a problem then I am going to look at some sort of protectors to put down.

Steve,
The bride just informed me that there is a bunch of dirt, grit, and debris that is tracking on the rollers and causing our problem. I'll get out the shop vac and do some cleaning and see if that helps. Then I'll try some narrow strips of vinyl runners in line with the rollers to insure the marring comes to an end.
Your floor is looking great...wished the previous owner had chosen your color and style of wood...can't wait for the finished product.

Finally carved out some time to get back on the floor. Finished up the master bath , hallway, kitchen, and the front entry way. Still have the dining room and living room.
Kitchen and Hallway
Front entry. Also uncovered the seatbelt attachment points and left access to them with the new floor.
Copilots seat mounting holes.
Seat belt attachment points.

Thanks guys,
Taking me a little while to complete this but should be a nice upgrade.
Many trips down to the workshop and back to fit all the pieces.

Steve, the install looks great, a question though.
Are you going to leave the seat mount bolts , straight through the hardwood ; putting the full load on the wood ; or are you inserting a metal spacer around the bolt to support the seat weight, and avoid crushing the hardwood?

Skip I may just try and do that. On the copilot seat it would require sleeves about 1-1/2" long for the front bolts and maybe 2-1/2" for the rear bolts. Holes would need opened up a little more but is possible. I might leave the sleeves just a little short to get some compression on the floor.

Hardwood Everywhere
More progress. Getting close to ripping the carpet off the slide. I peaked under and as Ernie suggested a layer of plywood most likely will be required to strengthen the front and level out the lip. Also appears there are some sheet metal pieces to help the rollers up the ramp. Will post some pics on that later.
Still thinking about the seat and the possible need for spacers.
I created a template with the correct hole spacing as I may need to run a spade bit thru to allow the use of a spacer.
As you can see the original holes did not line up exactly but they were large enough for the seat to fit.
I would need 2" spacers on the front bolts and 4" spacers on the back bolts. It appears to be solid wood under the sub-floor and with it leveled out and new engineered flooring on top. Just not sure how much more it will compress. It is possible that they were just over tightened over the past 14years.
Just have to finish up the last section next to the slide and the drivers area.
The entry area worked out nice. It matched up well on the height.
One little trick with working on the RV where lots of cutting and fitting is required is to just butter up the back for each piece. Takes a little longer but insures you have fresh adhesive on each piece and no extra in areas where you are not ready to put flooring down yet. For me it also keeps my hands cleaner as not accidentally touching adhesive spread on the floor. Also sandbags work well to hold each end down.
