Chances are your headlights aren't out of adjustment but your headlight lens are FOGGED. There are a number of products that will remove almost all this material on the headlights but I used Flitz and have used for other projects. On our Essex I also replaced the bulbs in the headlights with LED lights which also made things better then when new.

If you look at the back side of your headlight assemblies you will find two adjustment knobs. One moves the bulb/reflector side to side and the other moves them up and down.

They have limited travel and if you over tighten them they will break. Ask me how I know....

In my 05' Northern Star we had a similar issue but ours was because the headlamp assembly was mounted in a fiberglass mold that was mis-molded.

This mis-molding caused the headlamp assemblies to be tilted to far down (despite the adjustment knobs) to adjust the assemblies for reasonable lighting. I ended up having to modify the mountings to tilt the light assemblies further up to get them to show down the road further.

I also changed out my lighting to LED which helped immensely. Hope that helps.
