Heat tape

Ours wasn't working either----how do I know? Line froze during col weather and couldn't get water in the reefer dispenser. Anyway, mine had a recall and Newmar fixed it at the factory. Mine had a thermostat built into the heat tape itself. The recall was to inspect/replace the resettable fuse in the electrical bay behind the plastic panel. By the way if you're worried about it freezing, there's a valve in the bay up near the floor in the line that runs out along the arm going to the reefer. You can close that valve and unscrew the connection and drain the line going to the reefer. Be careful. There is a rubber gasket that tends to fall out when you unscrew the fitting. You'll need it to keep the fitting from leaking whe3n you reassemble it. Hope this helps.

Like JOELYN5 said, the fuse/breaker is in the electrical bay where the power cord comes in , behind the " Velcro panel". It is labeled.
