Height of a 2004 Newmar Mountain Aire

We are in the process of purchasing the above motorhome. Actually picking it up next Saturday. Does anyone know the height including Roof AC's. Thanks for any help. I know the brochure says 12 feet but not sure if that includes the AC. It is a model 3778 gas motorhome.

I use 12' 6" as a guide for mine. Put a board out from the AC cover and measure to the ground when you are aired up for the road.

Welcome to the forum.
Here is a Brochure and Owners Guide for you.
Below in my signature are links to many more for your coach.
Coach would be on a Workhorse chassis.
12' would be correct on a gas coach.
If you have the build number or Vin # you can input in the COM_NET link and find all info on that coach.

Don't rely n the brochure. Measure it. Ours is 2 inches higher than what is stated in the brochure.
