Very unusual for both AC’s to break at same time…..

What I would try first is a 12volt “reset”…..meaning engage the coach battery disconnect….wait couple of minutes, then turn it back on. This should cut power to the thermostat and then reboot it when power is restored.

I agree this sounds like a thermostat issue. If resetting does not correct it then see if there is a mobile RV mechanic that can come fix the issue. Campgrounds in the area should have contacts for you.

I would turn off the house batteries for a few minutes for a reset. Are they heat pumps?

Look to your thermostat settings, make sure each AC is on Cool Mode, and Fan is on Auto.

Thank you. I will try it. Is it the switch that says "USE" and "STORE" ?

If they're on a Dometic thermostat, many of their thermostats have a habit of "losing their minds." Research the make/model and then Google "Make Model Thermostat reset." On mine I have to turn off both zones, then turn off the thermostat, then press the "Mode" and "Zone" buttons at the same time for a couple of seconds. This causes the thermostat to show "Initialize" and the number of zones it sees. Turn everything back on and see what happens. I have to do this every now and again... just another routine part of the fun!

Hope this helps!

On some units the default for the valve that switches the Freon flow called th deserter valve is heat mode. Could be a simple elec problem such as the coil on the valve is open. Not certain on your model but simple to check
