Help! Clean 2017 shiny tile floor
Okay, I need some help with our LA 2017 shiny new floor. I don't want to harm the floor but it shows every water spot, paw print, etc. not sure what to use to clean it that doesn't hurt the beautiful shine.

I feel your pain, that's why we had the plank floors from the KA installed in ours.

You are right about the shinny floors showing EVERYTHING. I just use a swiffer wet jet. Two years in and the floor still looks great (when it's clean)

Hi Jay,
Interested in the KA planks. Which colour did you get and how are they to clean with the little groves and non flat texture?

We use a Shark Genius Steam Cleaner on our 2017 Ventura. Works Great!

We have the Essex 17-190 floor tile in our coach with the brown rubber strip. My wife uses a wet swiffer and the a dry one and ours looks great. We do not wear our outside shoes in the coach and we wipe our small poodles paws before she comes in the coach.

I was told by a lady who cleans the floors at the factory to use the spray window cleaner in a can that they sell at the factory with an all cotton cloth baby diaper tied to a swifter mop. Spray foam and wipe.

I don't remember the name of the color, but it's one of the lighter ones, kind of a grayish tint to it. I use a floor scrubber, similar to a carpet cleaner, and it works great. The floor really shows nothing so when I get around to scrubbing it I'm always surprised at just how dirty the water is!

To OP: with all that fancy woodwork and cathedral ceiling, no one's looking at the floor, anyway.
I feel your pain. Seems that the slightest amount of oil or wax in product just results in instant smears.
But it is entertaining watching the yorkie try to get traction on the slick surface.

I'm the 3rd to recommend the Shark Steam Mop. At Costco for around $80.00 and be sure to use only Distilled Water. It keeps the mop from building up hard water inside the mop. I've used it on our last 2 motor homes with tile floor and I wouldn't recommend anything else.
