Help: Friend with 2018 Mountain Aire 4047 has no power. Where is the inverter?

I have a buddy with a new Mountainaire, 40 footer. Power to the pole is good, nothing to his coach. They are no where near us, so I can’t help. I have a Dutch Star, but their systems are different.

Need to know which bay their inverter is located in so they can reset it. Thanks in advance. Bill

Usually in the pass-through bay between the frame rails.

Yep...that's where it is located on our 2018 MADP 4047.

Is there any 120 VAC power inside the coach? Fridge, microwave, washer, etc.? If not, I would be more inclined to suspect the transfer switch. The inverter provides 12VDC power but even when it is not working, there should be 120 VAC unless the transfer switch is bad or the main breakers (mid-bath) are tripped.

What turned out to be the problem? As another 4047 owner, I'd be curious in case I run into the same issue.

I had the same issue with my DS. It turned out that the cord reel brushes were not making good contact. I pulled 10 feet of cord out and the power came back on instantly.
