Help identifying part

In a 2018 Bay Star Sport there is a pull up lap table for the passenger to use. I want to add a map and tablet pocket to the front but do not want to destroy the existing panel if possible. In the picture I have an arrow pointing to what I think is a fabric button cover. I have not seen them used in years but I remember they are to "pop" right of to reveal a screw head.
If they do come off easily I can make my wife & co-pilot the map & tablet pocket in about an inch and half of the space. A big Rand McNally and a iPad need their own safe and secure place within easy reach.
Anybody have the answer?

Why not use the 3M Command hooks to hang a vinyl or cloth pocket from?

Cause I'm a woodworker and I want it to look like it belongs, looks good and lasts the life of the coach.
So I'm guessing no one knows if these are "button". I'll have to tear it up and find out.

I remember posting a picture. It does not show when I use my phone for this forum. And the picture is on my iPad. I'll repost it later this evening.

Oh ok, I did go to the web view and didnít see it there. There are some challenges between the app and the actual site. I look forward to seeing your picture
