Help iding item found in a/c fuse compartment

Have a 3916 08 KSDP. Opened a/c fuse compartment(located just forward of battery compartment). On the compartment floor was the cover to the group of fuses located directly across from the door which is easily reinstalled. I assume the cover simply shook lose. However also on the floor was a yellow, plastic piece shown below. On the yellow piece is printed the following:
BUSS
BUSS
BUSS
BUSS
MINI CB
MINI BUSS
Anybody know where this item should be located, how to reinstall it and what it does. Concerned about starting my MH until I know some more! Thanks!

This is the plastic tool used for removing and installing fuses. Two sizes. It likely snaps into Inside of the lid of the fuse box.

Exactly what it is. There are usually tabs in the lid to secure it.

This is a fuse removal tool and probably fits in the lid somewhere.
