Help! info on 2005 Newmar Kountry Star

We are looking at a 05 Kountry Star that my In-Laws might buy. Any info will be helpful. It is on a mm Spartan base,39' long,4 slides,7500w onan dsl gen. Looks very nice but I noticed it doesn't have a side radiator. Anybody know when and why they quit making this model? It is well equipped. Thank You for your help.

Things to look for include ball joint boots being torn or missing.Fiberglass walls having small cracks, especially in the dark colored areas.Water leaks around clearance lights and any roof seams.Maintenance records on the engine, trans. and coolant are a plus. That being said, I have owned mine since new and am very satisfied with my 2005 3910 coach. The Ventana took the place of the Kountry Star. Both models were made in years 2006 thru 2008.

I have the same model. I absolutely love this coach. I had the ball joints replaced this year and that is the most serious issue I've experienced...which is to say it has been relatively trouble free.

Welcome to the forum.
Newmar changes their models and the KS coach's became the Ventana line up now.
A lot of people buy the older KS back into the 90's.
Here is a Brochure and Owners Guide for you.
Tell your parents to enjoy their coach and many safe travels.
