Help ! Tank guage

Need help. DS 2018, 4018. All gages were reading full. All tanks are empty. I have tried recalibrating a but the touch screen will not get off empty?? Can someone please tell me how to work around this as the toilets are on red and will. Not flush. WILLIS

As a temporary fix, add about 5 gallons of water to the tank via the tank rinse. This should reset the gauge and turn the red light off allowing flushing to resume.

Thank you. The gauges are at 100 percent so if I understand you correctly we should add 5 Gallons via black tank flush. We called Newmar emergency number but she only said to cut the yellow wire. We ended up taking the 10 amp fuse out of monitor panel which disengaged the tank monitor. Now at least we can flush both toilets but no water pump as on the same fuse. Frustrating to say the least!

Try turning the 12 volt switch off ( AKA salesman switch ) than back on. Hope this helps
