Here's the 2017 changes, what do you think?

The 2017 Newmar 3710 - 38’ bath & half gas motorhome has gone up in price $3,038.00 from last year. It comes with the following changes.

Comparing the two floor plans they look unchanged except for the master bath area. The 2016 shower is on the drivers side measuring 36”x36” and is a radius shower. On the 2017 the shower is on the passenger side and measures 40”x32” and is a standard/residential shaped shower.

As I said earlier that looks like the only interior floor-plan change.

Here are the “NEW FEATURES” from the dealer show.

• New Pioneer dash radio added

• New option for power passenger seat

• Manual footrest added to passenger seat

• HDMI TV wiring now standard

• Roller shades now standard

• Restyled recliner design

• New wall art, floor tile, backsplashes and upgraded optional vinyl plank flooring New interior decors

• New exterior graphics

• Added Suburban continuous flow water heater on 2 bath models

• Added larger residential showers

• Added rear tow guard option

• Added power screen option in garage area of 3921

• Added larger sewer hose storage compartment with recessed access door Added electric release switch to overhead bunk option

• New Floorpans: 3513, 3902, 3923 and 3925

Are any of the new features that are what you'd call "substantive changes"?

Price increase seems justified by what you get compared to 2016.

We were surprised to see they got rid off the 3755. Would have been nice to order one the way we want it. Found a 2016 in Michigan, long way from Fremont, CA. However, it is black exterior.

Those are nice upgrades, the passenger seat will be a lot nicer with the electric controls.

I've recently started seriously considering the CS 3710 as our first family MH and am interested in these upgrades! Seems details are scarce, but if you can answer these questions I would be grateful...

1) Do the residential showers have doors or curtains? (I would prefer door)
2) Are the roller shades MCD?
3) Is the Suburban an endless hot water system?

Also, any pics or videos would be appreciated! Thanks!

I don't think the price difference is too bad. We have some of the same things, but they were options when we bought ours, and had to pay for them. Some of the things just weren't available in the 2014 model.

Daryl,

Shower (rear bath) has two rounded sliding doors on my 2016. Wish I had the new shower, but it's ok as is.

Yes, MCD shades (option on my 2016) are nice.

Continuous HW is another nice upgrade!
