Good freinds of mine here down in River Bend just ordered a new Mountain Aire 45. Larry and Cathy, formally Monaco coach owners, have seen the light. They hope to have their new coach next week as it is in stock. I have armed them with the forum co-ordinates and hope we see them soon. Boy I hope we have some good positive posts, but I have warned them of adjustments on all coaches.

SWEET!!

I can send them a sticker if that'd be something they'd be interested in,or if they're going be there, I can give it to them when I get there in January!

It's a shame there's not a finder's fee for finding new members, guess I'll have to bring a bottle with me!

Hello Lug_nut,

Mike W. has a new selling technique. He took Larry and Cathy and me and my wife on a "JOINT" test drive. Consequently, both couples bought coaches. Ours is a MADP 4523 on order for hopefully a January delivery. We are RB residents on lot 17 currently with an 05 DSDP 4320.

Hi Lane - we just took delivery of our custom-ordered MADP 4523 in late October & LOVE the coach. Can't wait to hear about your new baby.

Lane, I'll offer you a "belated" WELCOME to the site as you've already amassed 5 posts...

In any event, keep Peter in line down there in RB land until I can get there in January on my way to Juno Beach.

I have to make a trip out to Arkansas to bring my DD and SIL and theis "stuff" back to Virginia, will be the first "test" of the MH/Stacker combo.

Hey John, when you get yours in January that will make 3 MADP 45'ers at River Bend. You're going to need more to out number the large Essex crowd here.
I guess you are still up home. Get back down and get some of this great food at the River Club House. We are all gaining weight here.

Peter, I won't be staying at River Bend for the three months or so we will be at Ft. Myers, but I will be sure to come out and see both you and Bob. How many Essex will be at the park?

Well let see, '07 Essex's only two right now and that includes mine. '06/05/04 Essex maybe 6 or 7. But the park is under 50% full right now. The crowd arrives after new years. Probably be at least 12 or so Essex.

Peter

Peter, you are one of the lucky few who can stand to gain a couple of pounds. We are in PA and miss the palm trees.

John
