We need to take our 2017 Ventana in for some warranty work that we couldn't get done before we left the Wisconsin dealership. Any suggestions for reputable Newmar service departments in the Houston area? I've read some pretty depressing reviews. Thanks for your help!

Holiday world in Katy is hit and miss. We bought our 2018 Dutchstar there. They do have an overnight campground with full hookups and will bring the coach out each night if it takes longer than 1 day. If you get the right service advisor and tech you will be pleased. The best service advisor is Dean. The best Tech is James. What are you needing done?

We need to have a slide checked and adjusted and a loop on the Oasis system is defective. Have a few other smaller issues as well.

Whatever you do avoid the mobile guy's called Texas RV traders, who are out of Montgomery co.
I had a new rear AC fitted by them in mid Sept............still not working right, and convincing them it's something they did is nigh impossible

You might check with Motorhomes of Texas or Old Town Motorcoach. Both are in Nacogdoches and are highly regarded. If the Factory will authorize service with either one, you'd be in fine hands.

Yep, I would second Motorhomes of Texas in Nacogdoches.

You might also check with NIRV in Lewisville. They are a Well regarded Newmar Dealer near Dallas.

They should be able to handle a slide and the Oasis and the the smaller stuff without an issue.

Thanks for the information. We considered NIRVC and will probably take the coach there.
