How do I do this?
Okay, so we are, okay rather I am (now) on the fence. Entegra vs. Newmar.
So how do I go about getting a real price idea for one I want to order, which will include an option that isn't offered (or rather I can't tell if it is) on a specific floorplan. Do I randomly contact a dealer? Do I go to Newmar and ask? I know lots of people do lots of customizing to Newmar coaches. Me I just want something simple two opposing sofas on a specific floorplan.
With all that said, I have looked at RVOne and Newmar themselves to build one, but figuring out which options are which, is not easy. I basically want everything that is standard on the Entegra  we were, or rather are, looking at.
Please help!

Newmar isn’t going to give you a price on anything, so yes, contact any dealer. That’s their job.

Wasn't looking for a price from Newmar, guess I didn't phrase it right, wanted to know was Newmar who I should contact to find out about a specific sofa option in a specific coach.

No, that’s what they have dealers for. That’s how they make the big bucks! I believe after you place an order there is a factory rep Michelle Howard who could help with colors and so forth, but I don’t believe she’s in sales. I could be mistaken however, so I’ll let someone else who’s dealt with Michelle chime in.

and michelle howard is the one to contact at newmar about specials, and whether they can do them....she gets pricing and forwards it to the dealer......

Go to the Newmar website and get lots of information there. Also call a Newmar dealer and ask to have an order form emailed to you. It will show you the cost of the unit then allowing you to add on any options you may want. If you haven’t done any of the factories tour you should. Lots of information to be gather there.

Specifically, I want to take the DS4018 and get rid of the L sofa for a sofa and televator and get rid of the fireplace for another sofar That's it.
I know, there is a floorplan that is similar to that already but I don't want the kitchen counter with the curve to it, I want the counter that is in the 4018 with the straight section and pullout extension.
All of this for the love of my dogs lol!
