How doI replace the counter top in kitchen?

I'm trying to screw up my courage to take out the old counter top in my 2007 Baystar 3202 and replace it with a better material. It has the old formica over particle board top and water caused it to swell in spots. I can see I will have to be careful cutting the chaulking so as not to tear the wall paper but I am afraid of what I can't see. Like, how do I take out the stove unit and will I have to take out the entire cabinet unit. I would like to take out the top in one piece so that I can take it to a place and have them make me a new one with the exact same dimensions. Any advice would be appreciated and any suggestions on how much it would cost to have someone else do this.

Here is a good video on replacing the stove.

You will need to remove the faucet and sink as well (our sink had screws extending up from the bottom- very hard to get to). There are probably L-brackets or something similar that hold your countertop to the base- you'll just have to look and see after you get the sink and stove out.

Its not complicated- just tedious.

Unless you really like the wallpaper, this would be a good time to put up a beautiful backsplash in glass tile or plastic "tin" tiles like these to complement your new countertop.

It is a simple way to really update the look of your coach- check your nearest big-box hardware store for great ideas.

Newmar replaced my old 98 corian counter that had 1/8" corian on 3/4" fiber board they removed the stove and removed some screws through the 1" square moldings along top edge of cabinets and on back wall surface.
You may also have some silicone spots to bottom surface of counter to pry with Spackle blade also.
Sink and plumbing also naturally.
